Q1.What is your MOQ, Delivery Time, Warranty, Payment, Production Capacity?
A1: 1. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): 300 m2 PE/PVDF coating common colors.
2. Delivery Time: within 10 to 15 days after contract confirmed and deposite payment received.
3. Warranty: PVDF KY coating - 20 years for outside use; Polyester (PE) coating -8 years for outside use, 10 years for inside use.
4. Payment: 30% TT in advance, 70% see copy of BL.
5. Production Capacity: 20000 PCS per day basic on 1220 * 2440mm 4mm thickness.
Q2.What's the available panel size and thickness?
A2: 1. Width: 1000-1575mm; 1220mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, 1550mm, 2000mm are recommended.
2. Length: accept custom length, all length is available .
3. Panel Thickness: 2mm-6mm; recommend 3,4mm.
4.Aluminum thickness: 0.05-0.5mm, such as 0.10mm, 0.21mm, 0.30mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm.
Q3.Do you service OEM?
A4: Yes, OEM accept. Just need to give us yours logo, we will send some protective film design for your choose, and need to pay for 400 usd at the first order, this charge will return back to you at the 2th containers order. Also, we can do match color for you If you have some of your own color.
